Top-up Process in Official Web Store

1. Login

Please log in using your FriendTimes account, either with the email or your username. If you are using a guest account or a third-party account that has not bound with an email, please complete the email binding process first.

2. Order Placement

After login, please follow the on-page steps to select your location, payment method, character and the item. If you have multiple characters, please double-check your selection carefully to avoid errors.

Once all selections are done, you may proceed with payment. All transactions are securely encrypted.

3. Web Top-up Items Delivery

(1) "Top-up" Category: Jades purchased under this category will be credited directly to your total amount of Jades.

(2) "Packs" Catagory: Items like monthly pass will be activated directly upon purchase. If the pack contains Jades or other in-game items, they will be credited directly to your account.

We highly recommend that you keep a record of the current quantities of Jades and other items you own before placing an order, as this will make it easier to verify that all the rewards have been delivered correctly.
