Q: Why didn't I receive the corresponding rewards after making a horizontal/vertical/diagonal line unlocked?

A: When the unlocked tiles make a horizontal/vertical/diagonal line, you need to click the reward tile to claim it, and the reward will be sent via in-game mail. If you do not receive a mail for a long time, please contact our customer service team at fswqg_service@friendtimes.net.

 

Q: Why didn't I receive the BINGO! Gift after unlocking all the tiles?

A: The BINGO! Gift will be sent to your in-game mailbox automatically when you unlock all the Bingo tiles. There might be a delay, so please check your in-game mail 15 mins later. If you do not receive a mail for a long time, please contact our customer service team at fswqg_service@friendtimes.net.

 

Q: I accidentally closed my Halloween Lottery Ticket window. How to display it again?

A: After unlocking all the Bingo tiles, the ticket window will pop up every time you reload the page. Hence, just refresh the page so that you can view and save your Halloween Lottery Entry Ticket~
