Q: What is the probability of catching each fish?

Q: I caught a fish, but no new area is unlocked on my ocean map. Why is that?

A1: It is because you select the Trial Mode, while no point is available under this mode.

A2: It is not a new kind of fish and the corresponding area has been unlocked.

Q: Who can I invite? What is the limitation?

A: ① Your friend's character must reach Lv.30; ② You cannot invite each other; ③ You cannot invite yourself.

Q: Who can I invite?

A: Anyone who hasn't earned any sand dollars will be counted as a new player. Even if they had accounts or bonded their account already.

Q: Why I caught “Seaweed” rather than a fish?

A: Please tap “Jerk” within 10s after it appeared, and please makes sure that you tap “Jerk” immediately when the pointer is within the yellow highlight area.

Q: I levelled up to Lv.30, but still can't get the fishing license. Why is that?

A: Try to refresh the webpage or log in again to unlock your fishing license.

Q: Why I caught “Seaweed” though I haven’t tapped the “Jerk” button?

A:  Please tap “Jerk” within 10s after it appeared. Otherwise, it will be automatically considered a failure that you only obtain seaweed.

Q: I cannot claim baits after I finished the missions.

A: The may be a delay in game data synchronization. Please wait for about 15 mins, and try refreshing the website. Alternatively, it could be that your server time has passed 00:00 and the quest status has been reset. Therefore, please try to avoid completing missions during the transition to a new day of your server time.

Q: There is no Web Event button in-game.

A: It is probably a network issue that the button is not loaded properly. Please try to re-login.

Q: When I try to bind my character, I cannot type in my character name.

A: You don't need to manually type in your name, as if you select the right server your name will automatically pop up. By the way, Meixin strongly recommends you to enter the website from the in-game Web Event button, where your character info will be automatically detected so that you won't encounter issues such as forgetting the account and password.
