Q: I’ve submitted my work successfully, but why is it not displayed on the event page?
A: After you submit your work, it takes 1-3 working days for our staffs to review the work. It will be displayed on the event page once it gets approved. You will not be able to modify your submission once it gets approved.
Q: What’s the particular requirement and the reward distribution rules of the Dance Group division?
A: For dance groups, only the one who submits the work can earn the participation award. However all the members can go to the anniversary web celebration, fill in the information and claim a reward of Gift Ticket x15 (which can be used to exchange for exclusive furniture set).
Top Voted Awards and Official Choice Awards will be delivered to all members of the winning team. When submitting your entry, please confirm your members’ information, which cannot be modified once submitted.
If there’s any particular circumstances (for example, you once changed your name during the event, or the submitter mistyped your name), please contact our customer service for help.
Q: Is there restrictions on voting?
A: Each account can vote up to 3 works in each division every day, and cannot vote for the same one. The voting chances will reset at 00:00 (UTC+8).
Q: After submitting, how do I claim my Gift Tickets for the anniversary web event?
During the anniversary web celebration (Dec.23, 2022 - Jan.11, 2023), you can earn Gift Tickets by submitting and voting in the fan art contest. No Gift Ticket will be available after the web event ends.
If you are a member of a dance group but not the submitter, please fill in the form on the anniversary web event first. Then you can claim your Ticket x15 after it gets approved.
Q: Why did my work get rejected?
Please read the submission requirements on the event homepage. You can re-submit your work again. Please notice that when you submit a work for [Design] division, you must use the template given. Any submission in Design division that does not follow the template will be rejected.
