FAQs Regarding Fan Art Contest Quests
Q: My dance team has submitted the work. How do I claim my Tickets for this anniversary web event?
A: First, please identify which situation conforms you:
①I am the submitter of our team, and the account I use to submit is consistent with the one I’m currently using in this anniversary web event.
A①: If your submission has been approved, the “Go” button will automatically turns to “Claim” and you can just tap and claim your Ticket x15.
②My teammate submitted our work. I’m not the one who uploaded.
A②: Please do the following steps.
Step1: Tap “Go” and select “My Team Has Submitted”.
Step2: Fill in your submission’s ID (a 5-digit number), your character name (which should be the same as the one you used to participate in the dance group).
Step3: Please wait for 1-2 workdays and staffs will check the information you provide here. After approval, the “Go” button will turns to “Claim” and then you can tap to claim your Tickets x15. If your info does not get approved, you can re-submit it.
Q: Why the group dance information I submitted gets rejected?
A: There might be the following situations:
①Your group’s submission might not be approved yet. Please contact your teammate and make sure the submission has been approved.
②The 5-digit ID you entered is not correct, so that our staffs cannot find you in the team members.
③The current character you use in the anniversary web event does not match the one in the dance group. For example, the current character you’re using is SEA-S1 AAA, while you claim that you used SEA-S2 BBB in the dance group. In this situation, our staffs cannot identify whether you are the exact one who participated in the contest.
④Other circumstances, for instance, the submitter mistyped your name, you changed your name during the event, etc., so that our staffs cannot match your information. If this happens please contact customer service for help.
Q: Can I join more than one dance group and get multiple times of ticket rewards?
A: NO. You can join only one dance group and receive Gift Ticket x15 only once.
Q: Do these Fan Art Contest quests reset?
A: They do not rest except for the daily voting one, which resets at 00:00 (UTC+8) everyday.
