1. The delivery of physical rewards is limited to countries and regions within the service scope of SF International.

Notice#1: If the winner's location is out of the service area, the physical reward will not get shipped. Rewards will be replaced by in-game items, which vary by events.
Notice#2: Since SF International currently does not ship sensitive items (such as cosmetics) overseas, all the packages containing cosmetics will be handled by other logistics service. Further details will be discussed with involved winners individually.
2. The package will be sent from mainland China and the shipping cost will be covered by Fate of the Empress official. If during the shipping there is a customs duty incurred, the recipient needs to be in charge of it.
3. While shipping the package, additional information might be required by customs (such as a valid ID number) based on the recipient's location. Fate of the Empress team will inform you when such information is needed. Please be assured that Fate of the Empress team will keep the information confidential and only use such information for shipping purpose. Also, please be aware of whether the message is sent by our official Facebook and don't share your personal information with any other suspicious individual/page.
4. If a certain type of physical reward is out-of-stock, Fate of the Empress official might replace it with other items of equivalent value without further notice.
5. The displayed images of the physical rewards are all from the Internet and are for reference only. Please refer to the actual items received.
6. All physical rewards are guaranteed to be new and unopened when they are shipped. If there is any quality issue after unboxing, Fate of the Empress official does not offer a return or exchange.
