To provide you with a better gaming experience, all servers of Fate of the Empress will be under maintenance on 06/27/2022 (UTC+8). You will not be able to login to the game during the maintenance. The estimated maintenance duration is about 7 hours. And maintenance time may be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Update rewards will be sent by mail after the maintenance.
Players of SEA Servers may not be able to participate in Trivia Quiz (18:30) and Dusk·Wondrous Talents on 2022/06/27 due to the maintenance.
Players of EU Servers may not be able to participate in Trivia Quiz (12:00) and Flower Fete on 2022/06/27 due to the maintenance.
Corresponding compensation rewards will be sent to players of those servers after the maintenance.
Moreover, please pay attention to the time of your Banquets and pre-arrange them in case of any unnecessary losses.
This update will be contained in a patch, which will be detected and loaded when you log in to the game after the maintenance.

1. New Gameplay for Mentorship: Leisure
- Teatime
The mentor can unlock teatime once a week. Once teatime is unlocked, all members of the mentorship can go to the scene and participate in events such as music, gomoku and pitch-pot. There are some quests to complete during the teatime. When any member complete these quests, all members attending teatime will obtain rewards.
- Impart
Mentors and apprentices can have imparting for rewards. Reward chances vary according to the mentor level.
-Palace Roam · Mentorship
There are 20 reward chances every week. Team with mentorship members to start the roam. The basic rewards are the same with the highest palace roam stage you cleared. You will obtain quadruple rewards for the first 10 chances and double rewards for the last 10 chances. The reward chances will be calculated separately from palace roam.
2. Class Gears
Each class will have its own class gears after the update. Class gears consist of 3 exclusive class gears- footwear, vambrace and belt and 4 galaxy gears- hat, necklace, dress and pendant. A set of class gears unlocks special buff.
Class gear buff for Guard: Deal 15% more DMG to Scholars.
Class gear buff for Scholar: Deal 15% more DMG to Guards.
Class gear buff for Doctor: Increase skill ACC according to the number of enemies.
Class gear buff for Gourmet: Increase 8% of EVA for 3 allies.
3. New Relics and Mystic Realm Instance
New relics Brush Stand, Turquoise Teapot and Nostalgia Lamp and corresponding mystic realm instances will be available after the update.
Feng Shui effect of Brush Stand: Increase the number of value scrolls gained from Mystic Realm.
Feng Shui effect of Turquoise Teapot: Increase the number of Albums.
Feng Shui effect of Nostalgia Lamp: Increase the chance to get advanced flowers in Flower Fete.
4. Island Adventure
Island Adventure will begin at 10:00 on 9th of July. The event lasts 10 days and consists of two phases: Island Exploration and Boss Challenge. The island exploration phase lasts 7*24 hours. Players will automatically enter the boss challenge phase after the exploration phase ends.
The islands has 9 layers in total. Players will be on the 9th layer at the beginning. Different islands unlocks gradually with the time of the event. During the exploration phase, players can use Amulets to open chests or challenge the NPC to collect clues. The next layer will be available if there are enough clues. Event currency- Lotus can be obtained by opening chests and successfully complete the challenge. Exchange lotus for rare rewards at the event shop.
The Boss is on the Layer 1 of the island. Layer 1 will unlock on the 7th day of the event. Players can challenge the boss when they reach layer 1. Each challenge costs 1 amulet. Lotus and other rewards can be obtained for each challenge. Island Adventure event is based on divisions. Once the boss of the division is defeated, all players who participated in the boss challenge will receive victory rewards. Moreover, there will be great ranking rewards for players who dealt the most damage. There’s a chance to obtain the new pet- Hydra from the event.

Snake Dance (Special Skill for Temperament- Brave): For the first 3 rounds, deal DMG to a single enemy and lower the enemy’s DEF for 1 round, or deal DMG to 3 enemies and extra DMG of certain percentage of targets’ max HP, or deal DMG to a single enemy and a chance to freeze the enemy for 1 round. (With bonus ACC)
Poison Breath (Special Skill for Temperament- Charming): For the first 3 rounds, deal DMG to a single enemy and lower the enemy’s DEF for 1 round.
Flame Breath (Special Skill for Temperament- Grumpy): Deal DMG to 3 enemies and extra DMG of certain percentage of targets’ max HP in the first 3 rounds.
Frostbite (Special Skill for Temperament- Naughty): For the first 3 rounds, deal DMG to a single enemy and a chance to freeze the enemy for 1 round. (With bonus ACC).
Rip: Increase pet ATK.
Bold: Increase a certain percentage of pet HP.
Aggression: Increase a certain percentage of pet ATK.
Claws: Increase pet DMG Buff.
