1. Why can't I claim my Hunting Tokens after completing the tasks?

If you’ve completed the tasks, please wait for about 15 mins and try to claim the Hunting Token. If you are not able to claim the tokens for too long, please contact our customer service in game or email fswqg_service@friendtimes.net.

 

2. Why it shows 0 point at the end of the game?

It is because you select the Trial Mode, while no point is available under this mode. To earn points, select the Challenge Mode. 


3. Will my team's total points deduct if I use some of my points in the exchange shop? Can I exchange items in the shop before my team reaches the achievement?

The points you use to exchange will not be deducted from your team points. Team points are accumulated by the total points earned by each member. Therefore, please feel free to exchange without worrying about affecting your team achievement.

 

4. If I use my points before joining a team, will these points be counted in the team points after I join one?

Yes. All of your accumulated points will contribute to the team points, no matter whether you earn the points before/after joining the team, or used/haven't used the points.

 

5. If I've earned some points when I have no team, will these points be added to my new team when I join the team?

Yes. Your total points will be all added to the team, including the points you earned before joining.

 

6. Can I quit a team after joining?

No. Youll not be able to quit the team or change your team once joining.

 

7. Do we share the team points in the point shop?

You can only exchange items with those points you earned by yourself. Team points contributed by others cannot be used to exchange.

 

8. Does the team reset every day?

No. Your team will not change or reset throughout the whole event.

 

9. Ive created a team but I can still join another team, which is confusing.

You can have only one team. If youve created a team but no one has joined your team (which means there is only one member that is yourself), under this circumstance you can join another team, the team you create disappears at the same time.

However, if someone joined your team, then you are not able to join another one.

 

10. There is no Web Event button in-game.

It is probably a network issue that the button is not loaded properly. Please try to re-login the game.

 

11. When I try to bind my character, I cannot type in my character name.

You dont need to manually type in your name as if you select the right server your name will automatically pop up.

By the way, Meixin strongly recommend you enter the website from the in-game Web Event button, where your character info will be automatically detected so that you wont encounter issues such as forgetting the account and password.

APPENDIX: Manual Login FAQ

1. How do I know what my account is?

Click on the button in the upper left corner of the login screen, then you can find your account information. Pay attention if your account is followed by @XX (FB=@fb; Google=@gp; Twitter=@wt; Game Center=@gc; Apple ID=@sa). You’ll need to include this suffix when login the website.

2. How do I log in using a third-party account for the web event?

Please select the third-party login option below the Wish login field. (If the login option is not listed, a binding email is required)

3. Which server do I select if my server has been merged?

Please select the original server your account was on before servers were merged. If the account is not there, please select the main server after the merge (lowest number server). If there are any questions please contact customer service at fswqg_service@friendtimes.net.

 

4. Why am I not able to enter my character name after selecting my server? Or why there is a "no character found" notice?

Your character name will automatically show up if you select the right server. Please make sure you log into the correct account and select the right server.

Refer to instruction No.1 for the method to check your account info.
