1. How to log in and bind my character?

Web events support in-game redirection and automatic login&binding function. We strongly recommend you enter the website via the in-game entry. 

Click the [Web Event] button in the game and you will enter the event page directly with your current game account. 

Please first select the character you want to participate in the web event since each account can bind with only one character and it cannot be changed after binding.


Of course, you can choose to enter the FriendTimes account (or Email address) with the password or a third-party account to manually log in and bind. Please see the appendix for the guide on manual login.

 

2. Why can't I receive the corresponding reward in the game after my shop earns 3,4,5 stars?

First, please make sure you click the gift box on the page to claim the reward. And there may be a delay in processing the delivery of the in-game mail. If you fail to receive the rewards, please check your mailbox again about 15mins later. If theres still no in-game mail delivered, please contact our customer service team via fswqg_service@friendtimes.net.

 

3. Why didn't I receive the daily reward for completing the daily orders?

The daily order reward will be delivered to your in-game mailbox automatically. Delay may happen when the system sends out the in-game mail. Please check your mailbox again 15 later. If you still cannot receive any rewards, please contact our customer service team via fswqg_service@friendtimes.net.

 

4. Why cant I save my shaved ice as my homemade recipe?

To save a recipe as your homemade one, please make sure that: ①the recipe includes at least THREE ingredients. ②It cannot be the same as any public or hidden recipes, or the recipe youve collected from your fellow. ③You can have only one homemade recipe.

 

5. Why doesnt the date shown in Business Handbook - General match with the date of my location (for example, in my time zone it is still July.19, but on the business handbook it is recorded as July.20)?

The web events time follows the time zone of (UTC+8), which means the shop opening status, new customers, etc., will all refresh at 00:00 (UTC+8), and hence in different servers time, a new day starts at:

SEA servers: 00:00 (UTC+8)

NA servers: 09:00 (UTC-7)

EU servers: 18:00 (UTC+2)

APPENDIX: Manual Login FAQ

1. How do I know what my account is?

Click on the button in the upper left corner of the login screen, then you can find your account information. Pay attention if your account is followed by @XX (FB=@fb; Google=@gp; Twitter=@wt; Game Center=@gc; Apple ID=@sa). You’ll need to include this suffix when login the website.

2. How do I log in using a third-party account for the web event?

Please select the third-party login option below the Wish login field. (If the login option is not listed, a binding email is required)

3. Which server do I select if my server has been merged?

Please select the original server your account was on before servers were merged. If the account is not there, please select the main server after the merge (lowest number server). If there are any questions please contact customer service at fswqg_service@friendtimes.net.

 

4. Why am I not able to enter my character name after selecting my server? Or why there is a "no character found" notice?

Your character name will automatically show up if you select the right server. Please make sure you log into the correct account and select the right server.

Refer to instruction No.1 for the method to check your account info.
