1. “Android Players”refers to players who meet all the following conditions:

1) Players who have login records within 72 hours before the maintenance.【2021/12/17 15:00-2021/12/20 15:00（UTC+8）】【2021/12/16 23:00-2021/12/19 23:00（UTC-8）】

2) Players who have no login records after the complete of the maintenance and before the successful version update at Google Play. 【2021/12/21 01:00-2021/12/21 13:25(UTC+8)】【2021/12/20 09:00-2021/12/20 21:25（UTC-8）】

3) Players with 50% or more login records using Android devices within 72 hours before the maintenance.

2. “Other Players”refers to players who meet all the following conditions:

1) Players who have login records within 72 hours before the maintenance.【2021/12/17 15:00-2021/12/20 15:00（UTC+8）】【2021/12/16 23:00-2021/12/19 23:00（UTC-8）】

2) Players with less than 50% login records using Android devices within 72 hours before the maintenance.

3. Compensation

1) Compensation for being unable to enter the game after the complete of the maintenance and before the successful version update at Google Play：

Additional Condition: Character level is Lv.20 or above

For Players：Android Players who meet the additional condition

Compensation rewards：1250 Ingots

2) Compensation for Underworld Soul Event：

Additional Condition: Character level is Lv.60 or above. Underworld Soul Event has open in the server of the character.（Server Range：SEA-S1-65/NA-S1-166）

A. For Players：Android Players who meet the additional condition

Compensation rewards：Ingot*1000，Optional Pendant Box*20，Supreme Blaze Box*1，Bamboo Slips*100，Equinox Flower*50000

B. For Players：Other Players who meet the additional condition

Compensation rewards：Ingot*300，Optional Pendant Box*5，Blaze Pack*1，Bamboo Slips*50，Equinox Flower*20000

3) Compensation for Banquet：

For Players：Android Players who failed to participate in their own wedding banquet due to the version update problem at Google Play

Compensation: Venue Coupons and Ingots spent on Float Type, Venue and Candies will be returned. The chance of holding the banquet will be returned.

4) Compensation for Daily Events：

Additional Condition: Character level is Lv.20 or above

For Players：Android Players who meet the additional condition

The events affected are different in SEA servers and NA servers. Therefore, the rewards vary.

Compensation rewards for SEA servers：Ingot*50，Epiphyllum*1，Lantern Tour*1，Mature Ginseng*20，Large Sycee*2

Compensation rewards for NA servers：Ingot*50，Epiphyllum*1，Red Beans*1，UR Optional Box*10，Pet Bait*3，Large Sycee*2

5) Compensation for Cross-server Arena：

Additional Condition: Character level is Lv.60 or above. Might≥350000. Cross-server Arena has open in the server of the character.（Server Range：SEA-S1-65/NA-S1-166）

For Players：Android Players who meet the additional condition

Compensation rewards：Advanced Crystal Pack*1 

All the compensation rewards (including Server Opening Delay Compensation Rewards) will be sent within 3 workdays.
